Jasmin Bachmann
Jasmin helps people living with chronic stress, trauma and C-PTSD reconnect with their body and emotions to feel safe again. As a 600+ Hour Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, she combines Somatic Yin Yoga, Functional Breathing and Transformational Breathwork. Rooted in her own healing journey, her approach focuses on the Body-Brain-Mind Connection, blending Neuroscience with Traditional Chinese Medicine.
