I was born Jasmin Bachmann.
Already since my very first breaths I grew up in nature. Thanks to my parents running an outdoor and survival school, from a young age my summers were spent in the mountains - learning about plants, birds and ancient survival techniques. Experiencing that nature was never something separate from life; it was the teacher.
But alongside that connection to nature, I also grew up with a very strong implemented idea of what it meant to be “strong.”
To never give up.
To push through discomfort.
To keep functioning no matter what.
To stay composed instead of feeling emotions.

I discovered yoga at the age of sixteen: first drawn to the intensity of movement, strong flows, arm balances and the feeling of pushing past my limits. Yoga became my outlet, my discipline. On the outside, it looked like strength. But underneath, like many people, I was carrying stress, emotional overwhelm, and a nervous system that rarely truly felt safe.

So I grew up.
Let life happen.
And like a lot of us - no matter which challenging experiences and phases I went through - I pushed through it alone. Developing the skill to adapt like a camelion, being the happy, always kind person. That mindset of "being strong" became the way I moved through life. Because for a long time it worked - until the day it didn't anymore. I crushed, exploded, lost foundation, shut down. Starting the spiral of complex trauma symptoms. A sudden collapse of a nervous system that simply could't hold everything together anymore. But with that downfall came my turning point: My need and motivation for real long lasting change got bigger than staying where I was in the moment.

I dove deep into the Practice and Science of Breath, Somatic Yin Yoga, Neuroscience, Traditional Chinese Medicine - the thread that holds the Body-Brain-Mind Connection.
I know what it feels like to live disconnected from your body.
To move through life in survival mode.
To crave softness while feeling stuck in patterns of stress, tension, or emotional shutdown.
And I also know the profound transformation that becomes possible when the body finally feels safe enough to let go.
My intention is not to fix you.
It is to help you reconnect with the version of yourself that has always existed beneath the patterns of survival.

Present day, my primary focus is on continuing to develop my personal practice and enhance the quality of my offerings. Next to 1:1 Mentorships, I regularly organize specialized Workshops, Retreats and Teacher Trainings around the world and opened this Online Platform to connect even more.
